Policies

At Olliver Lux Hair Society, we are committed to consistency in quality and our doors are open to everyone. We welcome all races, religions, countries of origin, sexual orientations, and genders. All of our services are non-gendered and are tailored to fit each individual.

 

We pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies. It is our goal is to be fair and timely to all of our clients. Below are our up-to-date salon policies to ensure that you’re prepared for your upcoming appointment with us. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our team.

Tardiness

Guests arriving late to appointments may have to be rescheduled if their stylists’ schedule cannot accommodate the later arrival time.

Cancellations & No Shows

48-hour cancellation is required. If canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. 100% of the service cost will be charged for same-day cancellations and no-shows.

Payments

All payments must be made upon receipt of service.

Gratuities

Gratuities are accepted and appreciated by stylists.

Refunds

Please contact the salon within 48 hours to discuss any adjustments on services. We will do everything we can to meet our clients vision but (as a small business) cannot offer monetary refunds.
